Help in Identifying Vase Design
« on: March 12, 2013, 06:02:59 AM »
I have 2 vases of the same design, which have characteristics, not dissimilar to Brockwitz glass.
The pink one I bought on eBay in 2009, from Uraguay, so I assumed it might be an example of South American pressed glass.
In 2012 I found the blue one at a country fair in Victoria (AUS). The seller said he had picked it up in the UK on his annual sortie to gather fresh supplies of glass to sell back home in OZ.
I may have not seen the design on the many internet pages I look at regularly, but if anyone can direct me to a site, or knows their origin, I would be very grateful.
Thanks.
