Picked this up at an op shop in Sydney. Does anyone recognize this mark? The impression is 17 x 12 mm & is of the top half of a dragon, mouth agape with a burst of flame in front of it. Any info appreciated.

That looks like a product of Denizen Glass in Sydney, the studio of artist Robert Wynne.
