paperweight with canes ?

No idea with the identification of this weight and hope somebody could I/D it.
7.7 dia and 6.8cm tall with a flat ground polished base.

Hi,

I always thought these to be Murano. The canes do certainly look Murano to me.

However, I am not sure about the exact maker.

Hi SophieB, my thoughts were on the same wave length re Murano but had not seen anything with the Matt finish that this one has.

I have had Murano paperweights with the same finish and style.  So, I vote for Murano.
