Topic: spurious signature on tiffany favrile bowl

I am posting for somebody that is not a member , he has a tiffany favrile bowl with a LCT scratched into a bowl , then a number,  we are unsure but doubt very much this is authentic tiffany glass, however , if not tiffany would love to know if anybody can positively identify the true manufacturer  ........ some have mentioned it looks like stretched glass, others that it looks like earl ware  ..... steuben has also been thrown into the mix  .... would love to hear experienced , knowledgeable opinions now .
