Hand Blown Roemer/Goblet

I've just got this from a boot sale and put it in this section because I think it's more likely German although it could be Bohemian/Czech. Most of the similar ones online are dated around 1880-1900 and this could be from then. I've ran my nail around the foot (thanks SueM) and there is quite a bit of wear, it also has some "seeds", bubbles, striations, bumps on the rim and the prunts on the stem are a bit wonky. Possibly by Moser or similar factory.
