Both the vases that your looking at are cut, with no bubbles. The vase in Lesley Jackson has polished prunties that admitedly give the effect of bubbles, but they are definately on the surface. Similarly, the vases in the illustration in McConnell are all cut, with no bubbles

. The marks in the illustration are so small its difficult to tell, but they are short mitre cuts placed in vertical lines. Your vase has an integral foot, but the one in McConnell is applied.
To be honest, I thought that I better check your sources before making any comment, as there might have been something I was unaware of. I nearly made the observation earlier that no Stuart with bubbles comes to mind. I don't think it's a Stuart shape either. Sorry.
I don't believe Whitefriars/Powell, but Thos. Webb and S&W both made bubbled items of similar style - and both are often unmarked. Worth a thought, but not, I'm afraid, conclusive.
