Hi,

No. 10 is a Davidson 1910MG flower bowl in blue cloud glass. It was made between 1925 and 1932.

Rob's included the sizes in the filenames but they're not so easy to see as if they were on the page.

Oh, I see, snuck into the file names! Too clever for me :)

Rob — Delighted you have a name now, much easier for everyone.

Were tumbler 9 and jug 16 from the same set, with photographs taken in different lighting conditions, or are they quite different?   These styles are notoriously difficult to attribute, but there is always a better chance with the combination of a jug and tumbler.

Whatever Nigel says, there is nothing elementary about attributing these bubbled pieces, which requires considerable experience.   You are fortunate to receive the benefit of his rare skill in this respect.

Rob,

What's happening? The Museum's opening ain't far away and we're all waiting to help :)

BTW, have you asked for help from, Andy McConnell, who I understand from Stephen is the Museum's consultant? If you haven't already done so, would that not wittle down the numbers you have to put on the board and so save you time?

Kind wishes, Nigel

Hi nigel. Sorry everyone for the hold up. Things havn't been going as smoothly as planned. I had a rushed visit to the broad house museum this week and my nan passed away, which along with the funeral has not helped. You're right to bring up andy, as he is visiting on tuesday. He should be able to pick out a fair few, which will make things alot easier. The photos are all uploaded at present, and after he's visited I shall put them on here. Again I apologise for the delay. Also I've jsut checked my email and have read yours Nigel. Stephen is in a meeting at the moment, but as soon as he is out i shall talk with him about specifics and get right back to you.

Rob, my deepest sympathy on the loss of your Nan. Glass pales into insignificance besides such things.  People always are more important, the glass can wait.

Hello again Rob,

How sad for you. I add my deepest sympathies to Anne's and wish you strength through such a difficult time.

I was around your age when I lost the only grandparent I knew (my Nan)and I well recall the wrench.

Take care and be well, Nigel
