Art Deco uranium glass bud vase with moulded roses

I bought this a few weeks ago in a chrome holder not sure if its correct holder though,any thoughts? Is it possibly Brockwitz?

The holder looks fine and like one added by the wholesaler. A wide variety of these leafy holders turn up on all sots of glass items in the UK. Often on Bagley items.
