Is it Northwood or Not?
« on: September 29, 2005, 05:01:38 PM »
An antique store was going out of business and I saw this lemonade set.  They told me it was Northwood and I would agree except the handle (I think) should be clear and not ribbed.  Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.  Thanks, Nancy128

Northwood did make one with that protruding ring under the neck, but the reeded handle and the rough pontil rule them out.

No, I don't have a clue.

When I'm clueless (which is quite often) I simply list them as "possibly Bohemian". ;)

It does look well made and is cranberry which is a big plus in lemonade or water sets.
