First of all please excuse my terminology.  It is again a copper colour (pinky orange) standing 19.5cm at the back of the vase but only 19cm at the front.  First question is why would this be uneven.  I also noticed that it has a rather large pontil but also seams I have never seen this before could someone please explain to me was the base blown but the rest not?  I see one air bubble at the bottom but also one at the top of the vase.  I have tried to take a close up of the seams using super macro but you can only see one clear which is not even it is wonky but approx 3cm away if you look closely there is also a faint one which does not meet the rim. This is the same for both sides.  There is an obvious error in the glasswork which can be seen near the base it looks like a crack but it is in the glass itself almost like a shelf.  You can also see where it is uneven at the bottom of the vase (see the colouring).  My final question is - is the decoration handpainted or transfer?  If someone could kindly explain all this to me and even better advise year and manufacturer I would be ever so grateful.
Trying to learn more each day.

The OH has been thinking could it have moved in the press hence the wobbly seams and then the vase has been put in a kiln to bake on the decoration (would this explain why there is also a pontil mark) or are we clutching at straws.

it is from one of the many plants churning out packaging glass: bottles, mustard pots and cornichons. The decoration is enamel transfer, printed on and fired. Hard to tell if it is from the thirties or from the fifties.

That's not a pontil mark, just ripples in the glass. And the crack is an internal crack. Quick and dirty factory mould blowing.
