Ah, the joys of alcohol...  it has a way of making glass bigger, and people appear more attractive than they really are  :24:

That is my story, and I'm sticking to it -- for giving the wrong size  :spls:  Now we can (maybe) figure this item out....

At 2" I think you were right on with the shot glass idea.  I've got some tucked away somewhere that are kinda similar and don't know what they are.  Don't think mine glow though.  Have to dig them out sometime.  I agree with Lustrousstone on likely origins.

I am not finding anything -- Wonder IF these glasses *could have been* part of a beveled decanter set ?? I dunno know......
