Does the base cut of this look familiar, even?  I'm trying to distinguish if this is American or not.  I'm gathering that this is mostly a European board and possibly not many board members are too familiar with American glass factories.

I would say the vase is not American.  It can also take many members a bit to respond, so patience is a virtue....

There are quite a few very knowledgeable North Americans here.

It is also helpful to have an idea of size of pieces also.

Where are you located? You may want to show your location in your profile as it commonly helps with ID to know where pieces were found....

Thank you for responding.  I worry that without any responses that my queries will get lost in the mix as there are sooo many posts per day.

The vase measures approx. 12" inches tall and 7" inches at it's widest.

And your location is............? It really does help.  Yes there are a lot of posts flooding the board on a daily basis but yours will get looked at in due course.  Sorry though I can't help with the ID of your vase.
