Green heagonal cut stem glass
« on: July 01, 2010, 08:13:49 PM »
Bought with the other drawn trumpet glasses I recently posted. This looks it somehow newish in condition , very fresh, but all the clear glasses I've seen in this pattern are Georgian. It is 6 inches tall.
It has a polished pontil with a little opaque internal blob in the centre of the base (inside the glass). It is such a strong green..don't ususlly like green glasses but this is OK. This one probably will have to go to help pay for the others, can anyone help with description?
Many thanks, David
