Carnival glass Bowl

Cannot find this pattern name nor maker.  Just scanned through my American book and had a quick  look at Brockwitz but still no luck.  Anyone please?

Dugan-Diamond: Garden Path Variant. Exterior is Dugan's Soda Gold (aka Tree of Life also called Crackle by some).
