Georgian/Pub wine Decanter?

Hi Everyone! :hi:
I found this decanter in the Attic amongst boxes of junk. I have previously looked them up on the internet and found a few items slightly similar. These websites referred to them as Georgian. Perhaps it could be a pub wine decanter eh?  :cheers: :24:
It took me a week to polish the coaster! It is Approx. 11'' in height.
Hopefully someone might already know something about it. If so, Please let me know, Thanks  :rah: :rah:
