Topic: A book on the history of drinking glasses

Hi, I am new here but I have a developing interest in drinking glasses. I have bought some Edwardian cut glass wine glasses & I am hoping to find out more. I am looking for the different types of glass through the ages, ways they were made, how I can identify them etc.

would extend my welcome to you also Andy   -  sadly, it seems we have far too few people here interested in drinking glasses, so you are doubly welcome.     May we see one or two of your pieces perhaps  -  no matter if they are run of the mill or special  -  always good to see someone else's glass and share information.     I think that Anne's link does provide details of the main titles that will give you a very wide coverage, but as Anne says, do ask if you are unsure of anything.
