old art deco style glass lamp with spiral threads and figures.

I've had this lamp for quite awhile and can't make heads or tails of it.  The quality and craftsmanship seems very good.  Does this look art deco to anyone else but me?  I couldn't find a signature anywhere.  I thought maybe it is Austrian or Czech.  I'm very curious what others think.
