cobalt blue bowl - cauldron shape + 3 feet

I am wanting to post this bowl on EBAY just don't know much about it.  If someone could identify and possibly tell me a value it would greatly be appreciated.  There are no marks on the piece

may be due to my screen settings, but this looks new and painted blue to me, they come also in a vivid orange?  :ooh:   :wsh:

Experience teaches that anyone who begins to collect in any field can feel a change in his soul. He becomes a joyful man filled with a deeper empathy, and a more open understanding moves his soul.
Alfred Lichtwark (1852-1914)

Not painted, I have one of these somewhere and the colour is through and through. But no idea what it is, of course....
