It's not Davidson; they made mostly pressed glass. It wouldn't surprise me if your JIP wasn't uranium.  It's only uranium if some or it glows a very bright green under UV in normal light. Like this http://lustrousstone.co.uk/cpg/displayimage.php?pid=429
Here are more good examples http://1st-glass.1st-things.com/gallery-vaseline/index.html

You picture is also minute. Resize a high-res photo, so that the longest dimension is 700 pixels. That gives a pic that blows up without being fuzzy and too big. The board creates the thumbnail.

If you flash a UV torch on it you will know right away if it is uranium or not. As for what to look for, just picture the titles from the Simpsons as Homer leaves work.

If you can't see it glow in the light then it's probably not uranium. The best way is to shine your light on an edge; if it's uranium you should see either the edge light up or a pencil line of green light going into the glass. Or to shine from the outside and look for a green glow on the inside. This is assuming you either have a LED light or a fluorescent tube; the bulbs don't work, wrong UV wavelength.

This looks to me like one of those things you think should glow that doesn't.
