The colours texture and weight or the other streakys are very similar from left to right

1718 grams
1719 grams
1782 grams
1710 grams

all 3 vases have round pontil but the first item has a clear triangular pontil

i cant find anything else like it!

I would think "Lux Glass" Austria could be the maker of this ashtray (although your pics are a little too small to see any details).

Link 1 showing a very similar piece with green streaking.
Link 2 a vase in a colourway like yours.
