Hello! I am not sure if it is riedel polaun but I used to have very similar vase. It is similar to  Legras / Mont Joye style but it also could be made by Carl Goldberg, Haida.  Here some pics of the piece I had! Good Luck!Dimi

Secessionist gilding!

a difficult one this, gilding etc could easily be done by someone different to the glass maker.

Base glass most likely one of Riedel, Josephine or Harrach. And a small chance of Legras.

nice though.
