Here then are details for this particular Rd. No., and seems there isn't an illustration of the lid.         You'll see that the text is split over two pages.        First registered on 21st April 1954.
The Kew Archive references are............        for the Registration (the text part)   ...      BT 53/211                 
                                                                      for the Representation (the pix)      ....      BT52/7921

I see that Johnsen and Jorgensen are still in business (as JJPack) http://www.jjpack.com/about/, and Jackson's of Knottingley were the company which took over Bagley, and is now in turn a part of the Rockware empire: http://www.knottingley.org/history/glass_industry.htm
