Large jug...Kralik ?
« on: January 15, 2014, 09:54:11 PM »
My latest find  ;) at the flea market is this large glass jug which reminded me of the Kralik vase I had a couple of months ago. It does glow green under uv light but not like uranium so I cannot photograph it. It is approx 7 inches high. Would this be Kralik too.... ???

Looks good, the pattern would be Diaspora then: http://www.kralik-glass.com/kralik-images/diaspora/kds2.jpg

Iridescent finish looks fine too.

John

Diaspora has those rounded depressions, yours look right, as though a bit more blown out than on some narrower vessels.

Here is a clear Kralik vase with the same kind of iridescent finish.
