I'm sorry I can't find a reference for that vase on the Gorgeous Glass site which is where I hoped it might be.
I'm not entirely sure it is the same type of mould, because of the shape it's on (sort of bucket shaped) which is not curvy like yours.  So the diamonds are more diamond shaped rather than stretched vertically as yours are because of your vase shape.  But it is similar and would have been good for you to compare.
