funnily enough, my first thoughts were;
Wow, those are *exactly* the correct shades of blue, amber and green, used at MDG, illustrated really well by them being slightly paler than normally seen.
I think if I'd sen them, lined up like this, even without labels, I'd have suspected MDG just from the colours.
