Isle of Wight pink Azurene

While talking some photos realised it's actually pink and blue with Gold and Silver foil is this usual for the 2 colours to show?

The blue has come from the silver foil overheating and reacting with and depositing on the glass, suggesting it is an early piece, made before the technique had been fully refined.
