Help identifying Art glass vase and signature

Hi All! I have this tornado shaped vase with applied red swirls. It is signed, but the signature is illegible. I am wondering if anyone might recognize the style or maker. Thank you!

Can you post another pic and maybe try some white talc rubbed over it?  Is it a signed, or some waves in just the glass?  I can not tell - so please post us another pic.
