Bullseye manufacture question.

Can I presume that Webb 'bullseye' is just mould blown and the 'bullseyes' are from the mould, please correct me if I'm wrong, ::) ;D ;D

To the best of my knowledge, yes. My only thought is why the glass is quite thick at the bullseye, but perhaps the mould indents are not large enough for it to develop into a hollowed dimple.
