Unknown base stamp - can you give me the maker?
« on: June 18, 2016, 02:38:25 AM »
I bought this lovely iridescent paperweight at Daylesford, VIC, Australia recently.  The base stamp is very clear but I have not been able to find a maker.  It struck me that it is a very similar iridescence to a Pheonician Perfume I own.  I therefore have tried without success to find out if Phoenician Glassblowers have used a stamp at some period.

I have included pictures of both pieces.
