Help with oddly shaped candlestick holder - Pukeberg?
« on: July 26, 2023, 08:28:26 PM »
Hi all,

Can anyone help me with this oddly shaped item, please?

I bought it from a second-hand shop while I was visiting my mum in Sweden.

I'm not even sure what to google to try and find it! I'm not sure what (if anything?) it is meant to be. A google "lens" search (by taking a photo of it) mainly brings up glass boots, clowns and some NSFW things. I think it looks a bit like an animal's foot or a tree stump?

The piece has no labels and is unsigned. I can't see any markings on it. You can see the join/press lines on it.

It gives me chunky Pukeberg vibes but that's not really based on much more than my own experience.

I'd be super grateful for any help at all.

Many thanks,

Katie
