Lalique forgery

Hello friends,
I have had this "Lalique" for many years in the family but I did not find information about the manufacturer of this piece. Would anyone know? It is a holder for lamp, is 35cm in diameter and approximately 12cm in height. It has three holes where hooks would be placed to hang it like a chandelier. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me.
