Help to ID Ruby Glass item

Any help in identifying this honey bee
in ruby glass and silver?

Listed as item "#436 Victorian Honey Bee.
Came from New York's STORK CLUB."
with a 1993 value of $125 in the book,
Ruby Glass of the 20th Century
by Naomi L. Over.

But, no information as to maker, etc.

Look for any assay marks or registration numbers on the silver, this will give you a lead as to the maker , good luck and have a great new year :D
