Please could anyone identify this piece of Art glass. Finger grip to the side when held. Colours within the glass plus to the sides. Pontil mark to base and uneven shape to the thick wall of this glass. Could this glass be by Maurice Marinot?

Martinot would be a nice find, really - but you don't find those in the wild.
The modern treatment of the pontil mark, the added clear foot, the powder inclusions et all make this most likely a contemporary piece from one of the Polish producers - probably Makora or Tarnowiecz.
