I don't understand quite how it was made as I'm sure that the "cut" pattern is moulded yet it has a band of flashing at the top :huh:.  14cm x 15cm.

Looks like Diamond Point by Indiana Glass Co., Dunkirk, Indiana USA. They made lots of it in 1960s-70s. The "cranberry" is an applied stain, then fired.

It is a baked-on stain using copper sulphate.  An early patent for the process is on page 8 of this link:

This site is worth a good poke around as there is a lot of information on EAPG as well as ruby stained glass.
