It is I think Murano, tourist piece, i have a little dish labled, i will try to show you tomorrow.

More photos, as Frank requested, and also the height.

I was thinking, as an outside shot, it could be Pukeberg, which is known to produce some very diverse pieces, some featuring inclusions. Another thought is Chinese

Could well be Meijer / Nahariya glass from Israel.
