ID pls - Is this Lamp Holmegaard?
« on: February 28, 2008, 07:10:10 PM »
I was at the Cambridge Glass Fair and saw a smaller version of this lamp.  I'm sure it was just the same.  The lady on the stand said she had seen a larger one earlier and that hers was Holmgaard.

Could anyone please comment?  13.5" Tall, 9.5" Diameter (widest)

The ripped label is just a safety test thing from the charity shop.  The other label looks old.

Thanks

xx

Empoli, Italy. I've had them in orange and mustard in the past - the orange one having a 'Made In Italy' export label.

That's great, thanks Nic.

I've been looking for lampshade ideas and those pictures have really helped.

The cream one is from Asda - around £5. The red one was from Homebase at £20, but I'm not sure they sell them anymore.

That general shape looks good though, thanks.

I'm sorry I spelt Holmegaard incorrectly - so amatuerish!
