help i cant figure out who made this

hi i have 2 pale blue canister type jars with lids the lids have gold around the rim and on the ball at the top the bottom is blue and has gold snowflakes,it appears the paint is on the inside or the jar and the gold on the outside? they have no markings and the bottom has a swirly mark probably from when it was made i can find nothing on these any help would be much appriecated thanks

Welcome to the glass message board. That is a fairly good description, but unfortunately it is not enough. We cannot see if it was machine made or hand made, we cannot see how the decoration was applied. So a photo will be essential to determine what it is you have. You can attach pictures to your message, the maximum size is 125 Kb.
