Possibly Kerry Crafted Glass, although it doesn't say if it is marked http://homepage.eircom.net/~kerrymusic/kerryglass/index.html

Interesting,
Kerry Crafted Glass, created by Terrence Mcsweeney.
He set it up after Kerry Glass (founded by Michael Harris and Ross and Elizabeth Lewis) closed down.
McSweeney learnt glass blowing at Isle of Wight Glass, and worked for Kerry Glass for 17 years.
 Info from

http://homepage.eircom.net/~kerrymusic/kerryglass/index.html
and page 94/95 of Mark hills Mdina book.

Your vase looks as if its from the Emerald green collection.
Many similarities with IOW, Mdina, Kerry Glass  :D  (obviously!)

Funnily enough, Mdina and vague remembrances of what's in Mark's book is the point I started from...
