hob nail decanter with pontil

This seems to be a mould blown decanter with a rough pontil mark, there are three seams running from the base up through the body in a zig zag then up the neck.Decorated all over with hob nails. the stopper fits snugly and is blown glass. measurements 10 1/2" high inc stopper diameter approx 4 3/4"
