Help Who Made This Blue Cobalt Bowl?

This blue bowl has a gold trim with 3 Gold Crowns.  I thought maybe it might be Swedish because of the 3 crowns.  It's signed on the base, maybe someone could help figure it out.  Thanks for looking........

Ingegerd Raman for Skruf, Sweden - I think the three crowns on a blue field are a giveaway.... She worked for Skruf after 1981, so your bowl was made anytime in the last two decades of the 20th century.
