hi,ive just bought this off the local flea market for £8,can make out the signature only just though because of all the scratches on the bottom,is it a perfume bottle and has it got the original stopper?also any idea of the age please,its a unusuall shape like a triangle but rounded edges,its blue,green and speckled yellow,thanks kaz

Yes it is a perfume bottle, if the stopper fits well then it is probably original. The stoppers and sometimes the inside of the bottle neck are ground so that a good seal is established. Age - I would guess anytime in the last twenty or so years and that they are still being made at Mdina.
