I.D. Glass/Pewter Vase

Hello, I have this vase, pitcher that I need help with I.D.  I think it is glass and pewter.  No maker marks.  It look almost like slag not really sure.  Any ideas will be appreciated.  TIA  brenda

is it painted?? as there appears to be some of the green on the "pewter" handle??

I thought it looked like pottery as well but it's sometimes hard to be certain from pics....

Thanks for your questions.  It is not painted but upon closer inspection I think it is something other than glass.  Looks almost like a hard plastic.  Ever heard of that?  brenda
