ID Please...Murano?
« on: June 18, 2009, 07:37:34 AM »
This extremely heavy vase has me stumped. It is very thick and has a cased shattered glass effect. Could it be Murano or some other european maker?
Thanks in advance
Mary

because of the colours I'd propose Belgium or Germany, of for these markets - sorry, no idea, just kidding  ;D

Yes, but it's only an Italian term for glass containing chemically produced bubbles. It's a worldwide technique
