It is not in the WMF book and I've never seen Ikora like that - Ikora was discontinued in the fifties. The blue and yellow powder looks more like the Flora vases from Prachen glassworks. (page 51 in Mark Hill)

Hi

yes Dirks link is just the stuff I meant

they definitely did it in the blue with yellow too

Yes Ivo - Ikora did end in the 50s but this stuff is often 'referred' to as 70s Ikora

cheers

Norman:

It looks like a Prachen  piece to me. Is there a recess in the bottom? Does it have lots of variously sized bubbles? Does the yellow have more green it than is shown in the picture? If yes, I'd go with Prachen. I've got one and it's not the shape shown in Mark Hill's book (and neither is yours), so we could a piece from the 'Karneval' range, on which Mark says "Flora' was based.

i´m rather sure, i´ve seen this vase with a WMF label somewhere. the red version in the link
i posted was the first i could find - i´ll keep my eyes open for some streaky blue stuff.
Norman, does your vase have a ground and polished top rim? does the measure fit the one
on Kilian´s site?
