ok so here are so more pictures in the direct sunlight...and i am really grateful to all for their time and trouble.
I have the vase infront of me now...and what i can see is a whole lot of bubbles....where the small specks of green appear....so first the clear glass small bubble ...that encased by the yellow....and then the green streaks alongside that.

It is a heavy piece for its size...and measures15,5cm
The base does not have a polished pontil mark like that shown in the other pic on here.
the top has been nicely finished off...i guess ground and then high polished...would be the term.

Norman:

The new pictures (and Ivo's comments) convince me that it's a Prachen piece, whether Flora' or 'Karneval' I don't know. Hopefully, Jindrich or Mark Hill might pop by to to settle the matter.

I´m still convinced it is a WMF piece. The shape matches the vase on Kilian´s site,
the top rim is ground and polished unlike the Prachen pieces with their fire polished
rim and pontil mark to the base and here´s the same colour scheme on a labelled

I have a Prachen Flora line piece in blue and this looks nothing like it.

See this page, about halfway down on the right.

To me it has to be WMF - the shape is right on.

This is definitely a WMF Ikora piece.  It is a candle holder.  The candle in question would be fat in diameter and would sit only in the top part of the piece.  It is indeed correctly called "'70's Ikora," even though it wasn't made in the '70's.  There is no doubt that this is Ikora.  It is not Czech.  Paul
