Tricorn sculpture dish/bowl
« on: September 01, 2009, 07:22:42 PM »
Purchased this preety little dish today i dont usually buy tricorn type dishes but this one was a bit nicer than the ones ive seen before, Which isnt many! It has a lovoely colour more yellow towards the base and more green further you go up the colours intertwine seemlessly and in certain lights you can see the colour clouds in the glass hard to explain really. The base has a small polished pontil and plenty of wear there is three textured lines underneath and three lens for the design quite nice too from above. The diameter is around 6" approx Also there is a small lip on the inside of the rim, striked me at first it might be sklo-union / maybe murano any ideas gratiously received..
