Little bud vase with bubble base

This one looks like a little test tube bud vase with light green bubble base.  Any ideas please

I think whether Whitefriars made bubble based bud vases is still hotly contested by collectors!  Meanwhile...here's the bud vase site again for Pain:

...as GB said, lots of companies made these and very often you find be able to find who specifically made one.

Thanks Max for the budvase site theres quite a few pretties I like in there.  At least I managed to figure which way the bubbles were going and found the shape of the stem and the base but need to tie it all togethr now  ::) another day I think
