another odd ball id thanks

hi everyone
we found this today and after seeing the one put on by (keith )we now no its a fishing float.
as anyone any id on the maker and age, its 4 inches in diameter. thanks kim & ed

Probably not possible to id it without a makers mark, if it weighs less than about 300 grams (i.e. glass is thin) it was probably made to be decorative only and not for use at sea.
