id help please ?

Hi folks
I need help to id this paperweight..it is almost 3 and a half inch x 3 and a half inch..quite heavy..flat polished base..with lots of gold colour inside..millifiori flower heads..any help welcome.

Flat base and gold colour inside strongly suggests Murano.

Thank you Alan..i have only recently started learning/collecting glass..was left some pieces and have now caught the bug ! On trying to thin down and keep the pieces i like..i have started buying, so its a steep learning curve !
