A small vase with a pretty combo colour. But who made it?

Well...I say pretty, but I don't know.  It's not really my thing but I appreciate everything.

It's 3½" high x 2¾" across the top.  The base has one of those pontils that are circular, unpolished, with a smoothed and polished centre. The glass is quite thick for it's style (3-4mm) and the base is about 7-8mm thick.

All help greatly appreciated.

:)
